Folly Beach home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Folly Beach fell by $207,500 while total sales decreased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $497,500 - a 29.4% decrease over the $705,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Folly Beach in June 2017.

The median sales tax in Folly Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,233, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
