Mount Pleasant home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Mount Pleasant rose by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 49.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were 115 homes sold, with a median sale price of $490,000 - a 14% increase over the $430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 227 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in June 2017.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,649, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
