Hollywood home prices fall in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Hollywood fell by $177,500 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,500 - a 40.8% decrease over the $435,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Hollywood in June 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,113, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
