Seabrook Island home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Seabrook Island fell by $57,000 while total sales decreased by 26.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $408,000 - a 12.3% decrease over the $465,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Seabrook Island in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Seabrook Island for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,204, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
