Mount Pleasant home prices rise in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Mount Pleasant rose by $43,429 while total sales decreased by 14.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were 141 homes sold, with a median sale price of $465,000 - a 10.3% increase over the $421,571 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 165 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,649, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
