Isle of Palms home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Isle of Palms rose by $60,000 while total sales increased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $675,000 - a 9.8% increase over the $615,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Isle of Palms in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,408, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
