Isle of Palms home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Isle of Palms fell by $151,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $779,000 - a 16.2% decrease over the $930,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Isle of Palms in February 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,408, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
