McClellanville home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in McClellanville rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 10.5% increase over the $262,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in McClellanville in February 2018.
