Seabrook Island home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Seabrook Island fell by $40,500 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,000 - a 13.4% decrease over the $302,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Seabrook Island in February 2018.
