Seabrook Island home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Seabrook Island rose by $47,500 while total sales decreased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 17.6% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Seabrook Island in March 2018.
