Summerville home prices fall in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Summerville fell by $4,500 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $194,950 - a 2.3% decrease over the $199,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Summerville in March 2018, as well.
