North Charleston home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in North Charleston rose by $15,750 while total sales decreased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 10.9% increase over the $144,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in North Charleston in April 2018.

The median sales tax in North Charleston for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $729, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
