Ladson home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Ladson fell by $12,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,000 - a 7.3% decrease over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Ladson in April 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Ladson for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $487, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
