James Island home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in James Island fell by $10,500 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,000 - a 3.1% decrease over the $342,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in James Island in May 2018.
