Gov. Henry McMaster, Lt. Gov. Pamela S. Evette, and First Lady Peggy McMaster have a busy schedule for the week of December 2, 2024.

On Monday, December 2, at 10:00 AM, First Lady Peggy McMaster welcomed Gilbert High School and Penland Christmas Tree Farm for their annual delivery of poinsettias and trees at the Governor’s Mansion in Columbia. Later that day, at 5:30 PM, Gov. McMaster is scheduled to speak at the Greenville County Legislative Delegation meeting in Greenville County Council Chambers. At 6:00 PM on the same day, Lt. Gov. Evette will address attendees at the Middle Tyger Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet and Awards Ceremony in Spartanburg.

Lt. Gov. Evette will attend the Republican Lieutenant Governors Association Winter Meeting from Tuesday, December 3 through Wednesday, December 4 in Washington D.C.

On Wednesday, December 4 at 10:30 AM, Governor McMaster will be present for the Cheney Brothers Groundbreaking event in Florence. Later that afternoon at 2:30 PM, both Gov. McMaster and First Lady Peggy McMaster will take part in the Annual “A Tree for the Fallen” Ceremony held at the Governor’s Office in Columbia.

From Wednesday through Thursday, December 5, Lt. Gov. Evette is set to participate in the National Lieutenant Governors Association’s New Elect and Business meeting also taking place in Washington D.C.

Concluding his week’s engagements on Thursday evening at 6:30 PM, Gov. McMaster will deliver remarks during the South Carolina Farm Bureau Federation’s annual meeting held at Embassy Suites Hotel at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach.

The previous week starting November 25 saw Gov. Henry McMaster engaged primarily with office hours and meetings within his office located on Gervais Street in Columbia.
