The report is published every week except during Thanksgiving and Christmas by the agency under Commissioner Hugh Weathers. The Market News Division, located at 117 Ballard Court in West Columbia, prepares the review.
According to the department, the Livestock Review provides market updates relevant to producers and buyers across South Carolina. The document is available for download as a PDF, and previous editions can be accessed through their website.
The department stated: “The South Carolina Livestock Weekly Review is published every week except Thanksgiving and Christmas by the SC Department of Agriculture, Hugh Weathers, Commissioner.”
