Registration includes HACCP Certificate of Completion from the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO), Electronic Hazard Guide, and electronic course handouts.  Once you register, emails will be sent to provide additional details on how the course will be presented virtually. If you have any questions before registering, please send them by email to lbeeche@clemson.edu.

IMPORTANT: This is a Segment 2 workshop and requires the completion of Segment 1 online training. Segment 1 must be completed no later than December 7, 2022, in order for documentation to be processed.

Proof of Segment One completion is required for attendance.

The cost for Segment 1 is $75 and is not included in the Segment 2 fee.

Joint department program announces incentives for South Carolina residents to earn secondary diploma.

The South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce (DEW) and the South Carolina Department of Education’s Office of Adult Education (SCDE) created a partnership program called the General Education Development (GED) Inventive Program. The program offers residents the chance to earn their GED free of charge and receive a one time $500 payment if they pass the exam.

Gov. Henry McMaster (R-SC) today signed into a law a bill that would create an Educational Scholarship Trust Fund to allow some South Carolina parents “to enroll their children in the school of their choice.”
