The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is organizing a public meeting to discuss an intersection improvement project in York County. The proposed plan involves installing a roundabout at the intersection of SC Highway 324 and S-101 (Mobley Store Road/Ogden Road) to decrease crash frequency and severity.
The meeting will be held in a drop-in format on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Oakdale Elementary School, located at 1129 Oakdale Road, Rock Hill, SC 29730. Attendees will have the opportunity to review project plans and engage with SCDOT representatives about the initiative.
