The South Carolina Department of Transportation announced that it will conduct nighttime lane closures on Interstate 20 Eastbound between mile markers 1 and 5 in Aiken County for concrete pavement repairs beginning March 22.

According to the department, work is expected to continue on both Eastbound and Westbound lanes over the coming weeks, depending on weather conditions. No construction will take place during the Masters Tournament week from April 5 to April 12, with work scheduled to resume after that period.

The department said drivers should slow down and pay attention to signs and crews when traveling through the area.

Further details about the project are available according to the official roster page.
