The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Riverland Terrace rose by $8,500 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $363,500 – a 2.4% increase over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Riverland Terrace in the second half of 2017.
