The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Ravenel rose by $159,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 11 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $339,000 – a 88.3% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Ravenel in the second half of 2018, as well.
