The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Ponderosa rose by $19,000 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,000 – a 9.5% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Ponderosa in the second half of 2016.
