The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in North Charleston rose by $22,000 while total sales increased by 64.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 94 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 – a 17.2% increase over the $128,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in North Charleston in December 2018.
