The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in North Charleston rose by $16,550 while total sales increased by 1.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 – a 12.4% increase over the $133,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 86 homes sold in North Charleston in August 2017.
