The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) has announced a temporary nighttime closure for part of I-126 West in Richland County. The closure will affect the flyover bridge and ramps from I-126 Westbound onto I-26 Eastbound, as well as from Colonial Life Blvd onto I-26 Eastbound. This maintenance work is scheduled to begin on November 23 and continue nightly until November 26, with closures starting at 8 p.m. and reopening by 6 a.m. each morning.

Lane closure and detour signs will be placed along the affected routes to guide drivers through the temporary traffic pattern. SCDOT advises motorists to reduce speed and remain attentive while driving near the work zone.
