The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Mount Pleasant rose by $11,450 while total sales decreased by 6.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 324 homes sold, with a median sale price of $461,450 – a 2.5% increase over the $450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 346 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in the second quarter of 2018.
