The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Mount Pleasant rose by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 346 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 – a 5.4% increase over the $427,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 577 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in the second quarter of 2017.
