The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Mount Pleasant rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 23%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 144 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 – a 6.7% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 187 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in September 2016.
