The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Mount Pleasant rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 12.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 150 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 – a 10% increase over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 171 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in March 2016.
