The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Mount Pleasant fell by $6,000 while total sales increased by 17.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 176 homes sold, with a median sale price of $379,000 – a 1.6% decrease over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 150 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in March 2017.
