The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Melrose rose by $20,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,500 – a 10.7% increase over the $187,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Melrose in the third quarter of 2016, as well.
