The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Sullivan’s Island fell by $1,745,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $562,500 – a 75.6% decrease over the $2,307,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Sullivan’s Island in July 2020, as well.
