McCormick County Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.

The 7th Annual Oyster Roast & Low Country Boil hosted by the McCormick County Historical Commission.  This event is one of the most popular events of the year.  Mark your calendars: Saturday October 16, 2021.  Come and join us in the eating extravaganza!  Entertainment by Rhonda McDaniel.  Bring your table and chairs and set up on the lawn.  BYOB, no glass please.  Soft drinks and water will be furnished.   Tickets will go on sale August 2, 2021 @ the McCormick Chamber of Commerce Office.  This event is a fundraiser and all proceeds benefit the Dorn Mill Complex and the McCormick County Historical Commission.
****Note:  Purchase your tickets early because there are no tickets sales at the door. This event sells out every year, plan to purchase your tickets early. Tickets are limited.
