The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in McClellanville rose by $123,000 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,000 – a 40.7% increase over the $302,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in McClellanville in the second half of 2018.
