The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Long Branch Estates fell by $103,500 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,500 – a 35.6% decrease over the $291,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Long Branch Estates in the fourth quarter of 2018.
