U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina has received an “A+” rating from the Susan B. Anthony (SBA) National Pro-life Scorecard. The scorecard recognizes members of Congress who have supported pro-life policies during the 119th Congress.

“As a pro-life senator, I proudly stand by my record of defending the rights of the most vulnerable among us,” said Senator Graham. “I am pleased to have earned an ‘A+’ rating from Susan B. Anthony Pro-life America.”

In 2025, Graham served as Chairman of the Senate Budget Committee and played a leading role in efforts to end federal funding for abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, through legislation known as the One Big Beautiful Bill. He also led fifty colleagues in urging the Department of Health and Human Services to reverse a policy allowing abortion drugs to be ordered by mail in states with laws restricting such access.

Senator Graham represents South Carolina in the U.S. Senate and serves on several key committees, including Judiciary and Appropriations. He is recognized for his advocacy on national defense, fiscal responsibility, and conservative values, according to his official website.
