The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Kiawah Island rose by $26,250 while total sales decreased by 38.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $676,250 – a 4% increase over the $650,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Kiawah Island in April 2016.
