The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Kiawah Island rose by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 16.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 159 homes sold, with a median sale price of $748,000 – a 3.9% increase over the $720,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 191 homes sold in Kiawah Island in 2016.
