The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Kiawah Island fell by $67,500 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $875,000 – a 7.2% decrease over the $942,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Kiawah Island in January 2017.
