The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Isle of Palms rose by $141,250 while total sales decreased by 24.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $826,250 – a 20.6% increase over the $685,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Isle of Palms in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,408, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
