The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Isle of Palms rose by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 20.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $725,000 – a 9% increase over the $665,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Isle of Palms in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,408, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
