The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Isle of Palms rose by $45,000 while total sales decreased by 24.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $715,000 – a 6.7% increase over the $670,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Isle of Palms in the fourth quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,408, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2017.
