The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Isle of Palms rose by $112,750 while total sales increased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $774,000 – a 17.1% increase over the $661,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Isle of Palms in March 2017.
