The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Isle of Palms rose by $53,000 while total sales increased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $705,000 – a 8.1% increase over the $652,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Isle of Palms in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,408, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
