The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Isle of Palms fell by $160,500 while total sales decreased by 42.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $603,000 – a 21% decrease over the $763,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Isle of Palms in October 2018.
