The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Isle of Palms fell by $21,060 while total sales increased by 214.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $669,750 – a 3% decrease over the $690,810 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Isle of Palms in May 2018.
