The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Charleston rose by $72,250 while total sales increased by 7.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 806 homes sold, with a median sale price of $387,250 – a 22.9% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 750 homes sold in Charleston in the second quarter of 2020.
