WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today made this statement after the House of Representatives passed the Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24) National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) by a vote of 219-210.

“Congratulations to Speaker McCarthy and House Republicans for passing a strong NDAA in support of America’s military.  This policy bill is a major accomplishment for the Speaker and a much-needed boost for our military.

“I look forward to the Senate taking up and passing our version of the NDAA.  We owe it to our men and women in uniform to make sure they have the tools they need to protect our country, our allies, and support our freedom.”
