Governor Henry McMaster is scheduled to take part in two public events on Monday, August 11, 2025. At 2:00 PM, he will present the Order of the Palmetto to Dr. Susan Elkins at the Statehouse in Columbia, South Carolina. The ceremony will be held in the first floor lobby at 1100 Gervais Street.

Later that day, at 5:30 PM, Governor McMaster is set to speak at the grand opening of the MUSC Health Jean and Hugh K. Leatherman Behavioral Care Pavilion. The event will take place at 121 East Cedar Street in Florence.
