Governor Henry McMaster, alongside Lieutenant Governor Pamela S. Evette and members of the General Assembly, is set to participate in a ceremonial bill signing event for H. 3058, titled “Unauthorized Disclosure of Intimate Images.” The event will take place tomorrow, Thursday, May 29, at 11:00 AM.

The ceremony will be held at the Governor’s Office located at 1100 Gervais Street in Columbia, South Carolina. This legislative move aims to address issues surrounding the unauthorized distribution of intimate images.

Governor McMaster and Lieutenant Governor Evette will be present along with other key members from the state’s legislative body to commemorate this significant step in legal measures concerning personal privacy rights.
